Rufus, Patrons, and Edits

Chapter 3 Rufus

  • I recently published chapter 3 "Rufus" which is the most dialogue and action yet! This one will be directly continued next week in chapter 4 "The Shade" so stay tuned for that or...

Become a Patron

  • Did you know Patrons of the Inn can read draft chapters early? It's true.
  • Chapter 4 is currently available for Patrons of the Inn to read and give feedback
  • There are also significantly more lore pages already written but only accessible to Patrons

Edits are everywhere!

  • One of the benefits of doing a live writing project like this is I can fix mistakes after publication 🤫
  • Amos has received some minor edits to style and flow
  • Amavi has also received some more extensive edits to style and flow as well as the introduction of names and concepts such as:
    • The Hanto Valley Region
    • The Hanto People
    • The Town of Silvest
    • Ghost-Touched

I Want Your Feedback

  • Really I do! Leave a comment here on thewaywardinn.quest or join the Lofi Lair Discord and head to the Wayward Inn section and let me know your thoughts, theories, and ideas.

Updates

New Website

If you're reading this, you're on the brand new TheWaywardInn.quest website. There might be a few glitches over the next day or two as I get things settled but you should notice significantly faster load times.

Join the Discussion

  • By singing up as a free "Reader" member you can join the conversation on various stories and lore pages.
    • This also gives you the option to signup for email notifications when new stories are posted

Become a Patron

  • Those who sign up as a Patron of the Inn and pledge to support the cause, will soon be able to access story drafts and a more extensive collection of unfinished lore pages
  • This is great opportunity for those who want to get involved in the story direction and world building of The Wayward Inn. I've tried to keep the price nominal as it's more so about filtering out malevolent creatures than making money.
  • For those who do want to help keep the inn stocked and warm (and the website hosting paid) I've also added an option to become a "Seeker of the Solution" and pledge a little more to the cause
