Ghost-Touched

Initially thought to be a virus, I now believe the effects of Ghost-Touch to be primarily psychological. Spirits that were never meant to walk our world may inflict such utter despair in an individual that their mind becomes out of synchrony with their body. The mildest effect of this might feel like a sluggish mind or a lack of desire for life. While at its most severe, Ghost-Touch can cause total paralysis and even death.
